Our take on the delicious, savoury filo pastry rolls from Turkey. They can come in varied shapes and fillings. We like to fill ours with vegi or lamb mince, lightly spiced and aromatic. They are crispy and moreish. Nina is keeping her recipe for the fillings a secret! 

Available at weekends in the deli.  If you are planning a little party you can preorder a batch. We offer a choice of fillings. They go so nice with olives, a few side salads and wine.
